Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or if a price has been listed in error.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the shipping page are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal; we extend this to 30 days for unused devices. See the returns page for the procedure.

Product use

Our devices are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the manual, use the supplied eye protection, and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, photosensitive, taking photosensitising medication or under medical care.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country of our registered office, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
