Shipping & delivery

We ship across the European Union. Prices include VAT; shipping is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

All EU countries: 5–15 business days

Full-body panels are oversized freight. For those items a carrier contacts you to agree a delivery slot, and delivery is kerbside unless otherwise agreed.

Costs and duties

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Orders within the EU carry no import duties. VAT is included in all displayed prices.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect the packaging on arrival. If a device arrives damaged, photograph the box and the device and contact us within 48 hours — we arrange a replacement or a refund.
